Your Team Cache is a collective credit and item cache, which is placed in the briefing room for MORT (Team 14). The lock is DNA encrypted, so only the active members of MORT can access it, other than the team’s handler and direct superior.
You can freely deposit or withdraw things from the Cache (handled in-session), but only while you’re in the MainFrame. Credits can, however, be accessed remotely thanks to a special uplink in your CredSticks.
